Do I need special training to be an online teacher?
No, you do not require any special technical expertise to start teaching online. Hands-on experience in MS-Office and internet usage are quite helpful.
 
I want to close my Tringula account and have it removed from the system? How should I go about it?
If you want to close your Tringula account, you need to email your request to the Tringula administrator at support@Tringula.com. You need to include the following details in the e-mail.
 1. your username (this is the email address with which you are registered on Tringula) and
 2. your name
The support department will process your request in a speedy manner. Please note that you have to send the email to our support department using the email address with which you are registered on Tringula.
Can I get a trial pack of Tringula for free to test it for a few days?
Our virtual classroom is free to use. You can start using it anytime you want. All you need to do is schedule a class and invite contacts to the class. For this, you should have first registered with Tringula. In fact, the invitee also needs to register on Tringula and join the class.
How can I become an online teacher and start taking classes using the Virtual Classroom?
If you want to teach online, you need to begin by scheduling a class for your students. And to schedule a class, here are some simple steps that you must follow:        Go to Classes tab and click on ‘Schedule a Class’ link. The link opens up the page as shown below.
  • You are next required to enter details like title of the class and other details. You find a date and time by default. If you want a different date and time, enter them in the relevant fields marked for them.
  • If you want to hold classes for your students, click on ‘Private’ and if you are interested in building new student contacts, choose your class as 'Public'. A public class is first approved by Tringula administrator and is then listed (as Tringula Public Class) on the Tringula Public Class page.
  • Finally, click on ‘Schedule’ button. This will schedule your class.
  • As soon as your class gets scheduled, you may invite your students to the class. You may invite your webmail contacts. Interested students too can join your class.
  • Finally, on the scheduled date and time, you will have to launch your class to enter the Virtual Classroom. Isn’t the whole process simple?
